Seattle - Getting To & From the City

Airports:

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the 18th busiest airport in the United States. Not too far away is also King County International Airport which offers some passenger service, but is primarily used for general aviation and cargo. Both airports service the Seattle downtown hotels and Seattle luxury hotels area.

Public Transportation:

King County Metro provides public transportation when staying at Seattle luxury hotels as well as a couple nearby suburbs outside the city limits. They run a network of buses and electric trolleybuses.

Sound Transit currently provides an express bus service within the metropolitan area; two Sounder commuter rail lines between the suburbs and downtown; and its Central Link light rail line.

Over twenty percent of all Seattle commuters utilize the public transit systems and when staying at one of the many fine downtown Seattle hotels or Seattle luxury hotels you'll find the public transportation system a great way to navigate the city and nearby suburbs.
